Bit early to ask these questions as Brook hasn't peaked yet. As I stands he would beat Thurman, Bradley, Marquez, Maidana & Clottey. Potentially would beat Khan and I do think he would give Floyd a fight too!
Floyd Mayweather = Mayweather 9-3 (UD) He won't beat Mayweather with his 1-2. Perfect for Mayweather since he'll be given space and time to work. Brook's head movement is slow (based on the Porter fight), Mayweather will time his jab and that pull counter will be his best weapon. Manny Pacquiao = Pacquiao 8-4 (SD) Pacquiao is very elusive and quick, he'd slip a lot of Brook's punches but he'll also eat a lot of rights. This is a close fight, I see Pacquiao pulling it off but struggling while doing so. Keith Thurman = Toss up Brook has the timing and speed to tag Thurman, especially since Thurman usually looks wide open for counters. It's a toss up for me though because I don't think Brook's defense and chin will hold up well to Thurman's power shots. Amir Khan = Brook 7-5 or Khan 7-5 (controversial) Close fight, maybe even split decision close. Khan will land more shots but at a lower percentage. Brook will score the cleaner punches and I score those more so I'm leaning on Brook. I think either decision will be controversial. Timothy Bradley = Brook 8-4 (UD) Bradley is small and not as skilled as Pacquiao to make up for it. This fight will play out similarly to the Porter fight but Bradley is world class, he'll lose a close fight. 7-5 Brook. Juan Manuel Marquez = Brook 9-3 (UD) All wrong for Marquez. He'll make it competitive at moments but a clear loss. Marcos Maidana = Brook 8-4 (UD) Maidana will smother Brook at times and make him uncomfortable, especially in the early going. If Brook is patient and avoids a firefight, he should win a clear decision but he'll take a beating doing so. Head movement too slow, defense is so so. Prime Joshua Clottey = Clottey 7-5 (SD) Extremely close IMO, could go either way. Both men will fight tall but only Clottey will mix it up inside and out. Close fight but I think Clottey edges him and this warrants a rematch. Prime Miguel Cotto = Brook 8-4 (MD) Cotto won't overcome the size difference enough to truly win. His body work would work wonders and hurt Brook at times, but I think Brook weathers the storm and does just enough to impress the judges. Hard to pick with prime Clottey and Cotto since it was so long ago.
