Never really saw the best of Kell as his prime was cut short by his cash out fight with Golovokin. However winning the title against Shawn Porter he showed composure and solid technical ability and fundamentals. Laing was highly talented but too erratic and apart from his upset of Duran always seem to lose the big fights. Kell on pts.
