James Toney was a bigger frame than Brook and look what he looks like at 217 pounds. Whether he was pure fat or whether he was on one of his steroid cycles and was carrying plenty bloated muscle, Toney looked HUGE for his height and frame at that weight.
Brook would look similary strange, and in fact a lot more so.
