it's funny what can change in a matter of a few hours. before he was a bum who's going to get blasted, to now having his talent acknowledged.

he did good Tonight. and i'm glad the judges didn't ruin his career with a robbery.

Even though before the fight I said I thought it was a close one to call, I did expect Porter to get the KO, but Brook fought extremely composed and landed some great shots. I'd favour him over Khan if they get it on

 

Before the fight I thought Porter was going to boss Brook around the ring all fight. After watching it, all I can say is "wow," Brook did an absolutely fantastic job, landed some exquisite punches all night and controlled the fight at his own pace.

Wasn't very impressed with Steve Farhood and Brian Kenny at the end though, they instantly sought to detract from Brook by pointing out he was holding too much and should have had points deducted. Yes he was holding slightly, but it was absolutely no way near as bad as Porter's constant punching behind the head and jumping in with his head. Biased reporting if you ask me.
