Doubt he'll win a title anytime soon, unless it's against that WBA title holder.

Berto's power would simply finish Brook.

any1 else smell genuine fear from lazarus, i actually support khan but what this guy does is a joke, apparently one handed paulie malinaggi can beat brook because he looked good against cottos brother whos a career lightweight, the guy cant be taken seriously

:deal Cottos fat little brother was grocely out of shape and he still found the chin of malignaggi plenty of times, Brook would put a beating on Paulie.

Yeah definitely homo tendencies from Laz. Man up, you're only saying this bull**** because you live your life through Amir Khan and you're feeling under threat. News flash: The guy ain't even in your division YET!:lol:

I didn't hear you coming out with the same criticisms when Amir Khan was struggling to put gloves on McCloskey, you had all kinds of excuses. Yet apparently Brook's perfectly efficient performance merits criticism.

I don't see Brook posing that big a threat to Khan, certainly nothing for any fervent Khan supporter to be feeling nervous about.

    No, I'm not.

I'm pretty sure I did. Khan looked **** in that fight.

I'm just being honest on how I feel. Perfect performance? Yeah, he did nothing wrong, but the other guy did nothing from the get go. Walking to Brook all the way and he was tiny compared to Brook.

I don't care about him versus Khan. I hope it happens. And for one, I'm not the one mentioning it constantly, you are. I'm talking about Brook and Malignaggi.

And why would I feel under threat? If him and Amir fight, they fight. I don't see how me thinking Malignaggi giving Brook problems makes me feel threatened. It's just you making silly opinions of what I'm probably like in your head.

Also, I have Bradley beating Khan by the way. I've made some very critical posts of Amir actually. I don't consider him being the threat at 147 that he was at 140.

khan got nowt to worry about ,it would be hard not to look good against that journey man type brook fought last night ,if brook fought berto brook would get blasted out in no time.

There is something missing with Brook, sharpness and real speed. That in my opinion will be his un-doing on the world scene. He isn't sharp enough.

I thought Brook looked very good last night, but I would like him to fight another couple of top contenders before pushing onto world level, he hasnt really had a tough test yet against a real live opponent.

The only one that I recall was against Jennings and I thought Jennings was coming into it before the unfortunate stoppage. I want to see Brook in with a real test to see if he can go up another gear and deal with it.

Have you ever seen Brook shaken up? I haven't.

So what is this view based on?

He got put on his arse by Karl David. But it was more bad footwork and being off balance than really hurt.

Still his defence is pretty **** and if he had a great chin he would not have been dropped by David even with the balance issues.

I haven't seen last nights fight, but I will check it out as soon as I can, Brook has shown marked improvements in his last few fights, so I am feeling more confident about him mixing it with world title level fighters. That said he still looks stiff in defence to me and he is not a banger like some seem to think.

Khan would thrash him if they fought. Hopefully Brook wins a title elsewhere. Oh and Lazarus definitely comes across as obsessed with Brook due to Khan, saying Paulie Malignaggi would beat Brook is ludicrous.
