    Brandon Rios turned the fight down not Brook.

    If Brook ducked him why did they go to the effort of getting him ranked by the IBF and spend several month negotiation with him where he got the money he asked for and the rematch clause taking place in the USA like they asked for.

    Plus why would Robert Garcia make up lies like Brook demanded he didn't use Reyes gloves when that is nothing to do with Brook, if it wasn't damage limitation. :think

    The real reason the fight didn't happen is because Rios' team knew they couldn't win this fight.

    Lol at anyone thinking brook is ducking Rios.

    Rios blew the fight himself. One by asking for to much money and two for making a big deal out of the rematch clause.

    Kell and Eddie eventually gave him everything he wanted. Rios team then go quiet, probably because they thought they were gonna get the Bradley fight.

    Now Rios is still in a limbo with no fight coming anytime soon.

    Rios is so bad...

    Brook is just doing a Bradley - not stepping down in caliber....however Brook has already stepped down twice since beating Porter.
