No. It was agreed but The brexit referendum brought the pound crashing vs the dollar and it ended up Kell get very less money than vargas and they pulled the fight as sky didn't want it as ppv ro make up the money. Then matchroom asked Vargas team to pay in dollars what was agreed for Kell they declined as it was not ppv in the US and tv network didn't want the fight so it kind of fizzled and stalemate.

 

Vargas looked as bad as brook last time out.

 

Brook would take this imo, brook is to much of a big puncher.
