He's been waiting for HANDOUTS from midgets and half retired men. He's been calling out Mayweather, Chavez Jr, Cotto, Canelo and even contemplated a fight with Margarito.

You MOVE UP and fight bigger men like the past greats did. Nobody wanted to fight Mayweather? He moved up, fought bigger men, and established himself as one of the GREATEST fighters to ever live.
