Except he didn't. When will you stop repeating this myth? Pac was the reason why the fight didn't happen back in 2010 because he was against random blood testing with no cutoffs. 2:26 of this video Roach says it was mostly their fault but I guess you know more than Roach right?

Then he stopped negotiating and went off and fought Clottey.

No one is unbeatable. But yes the general outline is pretty somewhat correct. He made improvements until 126 and his power started tapering off after he left 130.

But I'd say that his level of competition at 126 and 130 was absurdly high.

Also the Cotto fight is a huge boost for his legacy. And people were being banned for saying Pac would beat Hatton at 140.

I know Floyd had an excuse for not fighting Manny and he didn't. When he wanted to fight him, the fight was made. Regardless of anything, Manny fough elites in his career and has that record. Floyd fought old guys and handpicked. He is not that great. Boxing has become a bit of a joke.

Mayweather was never as vulnerable as Pacquiao at any weight. His legacy is outstanding at 130/135/147/154 which means his resume is top notch in 4 divisions rather than three like Pac and flat out superior at 147.

LMFAO! Just what I thought. When hit with hard cold facts deflect or flat out ignore. The fact is Pac stopped this fight from happening when both men were closest to their best because of random blood testing, period end of discussion.

In the early part of his career Floyd Mayweather looked like the heir to Ray Leonard and Roberto Duran. As the next super great ATG. He had beaten guys like Genaro Hernandez, Diego Corrales and JLC and showed surprisingly good heart against JLC. But then he stalled out and spent his career fighting has beens.

Meanwhile a tiny Filipino that nobody had heard of went through war after war with guys like Marco Antonio Barrera, Juan Manuel Marquez, Erik Morales and Miguel Cotto. And it was this little unknown Filipino that shocked the world.

Pac was vulnerable to a shot EM at 130. He as also vulnerable to JMM at various weights and always vulnerable to PBF at any time in his career.

If rather be vulnerable to A+ level guy like JMM and EM than vulnerable to an A- level guy like JLC.

    Olivares,
    Jofre
    Micheal Spinks

Probably rank higher, too. At least on my list.

Personally, I think Pac slots in just behind McLarnin...So, either just inside the Top 20 or somewhere in the mid-20's. Same with Mayweather, really.
