the boxer-puncher smooth slick style of brook vs the agressive brawling hardhitting bodypunching style of the prime ricky hatton...everyone knows that ricky was light years better than his younger brother matthew.....

    who wins this scrap???:think

It depends because Ricky struggling against speed look at Pac and Mayweather but Ricky loved making fights difficult for people and if he could spoil the way Brook fights then for obvious reasons i would go for Ricky Hatton

    Do they?:think
Ricky is one of the finest examples in boxing of achievement far outweighing talent.
And Matt lasting the distance earned me a few quid last week.:hey
    Ricky only cost me money.:patsch

Do you really think Matthew Hatton is capable of beating Tszyu? I wouldnt even beat the much lesser fighters Hatton beat in Malignagi, Collazo, Urango...

Ricky had talent. Speed, power, ridiculous workrate, footspeed, positioning, bodypunching,. All those qualities about him was World class, Matt doesn't really have world class anything.

No I don't.Thought the last two sentences would convey my true feelings on the matter.
I was a big fan of Ricky but I still say he's one of the most limited fighters to reach elite level(in terms of popularity at least) in recent memory.
His achievements do far outweigh his ability.I was serious about that. And I mean that as a compliment. To achieve what he did was remarkable.

hatton was a great fighter but he didn't look after himself outside the ring, which meant his peak was ridiculously short. and he had no business at 147 anyway.
