Kelly KO's Joe Calzaghe

Taylor, McKart and Zuniga all decked Kelly so would they beat Joe???

Calzaghe has never been beaten never mind clean KO'd...and Hopkins straight right has always been a powerful shot and that one was a perfect example

 

At this point in his career I think Kelly would beat Joe aswell,he's a man on his way up and Joe is a man on his way out with another two fights before he retires....He'd be a fool to fight him now and risk his record....but if everything was comparible....age,fights etc Joe would beat him with ease:bbb

 

If he stops Joe it would have to be early on.....Mitchell got him in the 2nd and Hopkins in the 1st....Joe gets the better of his opponents as the fight gets longer

Pavlik has true power but i dont see much much else that would trouble Calzaghe...thaty said calzaghe is a veteran

Can Kelly knock JC down or even out.......yes.....can JC win the fight.......yes..........who knows what will happen.

But statments like cause Bhop knocked JC down than anyone Pavlik can, is stupid.....anyone can knock anyone else down with the right punch. JT had Pavlik hurt remember and should of finished him off. It was bad boxing from JT remember......oooo JC's gonna knock Pav out now, cause JT shoulda......see how stupid that is.

A JC V Pav fight should defo happen tho, be a good match up. Tho i think Pav V Froch is a more exciting match up.

 

i believe your a kelly pavlik fan and you've been reading the comments of Kellys trainer after his latest fight. **** off will he stop him, he's never been stopped, he will never be stopped, get of the pavlik bandwagon, big deal he's won a few fights and in all fairness has looked good doing it but there are plenty of points in which he wont win, he can and will take plenty of shots, and i doubt he'll take the power up to super middle, if joe decides to drop down that is, which i now feel at his age, its his choice no one elses.

 

i'm no expert on pavlik but have been impressed with what i have seen. the problem with joe is at some point soon he's gonna start to hit the bottom of the tank , he would need to be at the top of his game to beat pavlik. if he was, i've no doubt he would win .

 

Pavlik's power is overrated, it's not 1 punch KO power, it's grinding, heavy handed power and his timing, speed and accuracy is not good enough to consistently land on an elusive, brilliant offensive fighter like Calzaghe.

His style also plays into the hands of Calzaghe's. This **** is ridiculous, what the **** do you idiots watch when you see Pavlik? I see tons of relevant flaws and unprecise work.

 

Mitchell had real 1 punch KO power, Pavlik doesn't and Mitchell caught Joe fully flush at that. Mitchell's a larger man as well.

Pavlik would have been iced off just as easy as Mitchell was.

This Pavlik overrating is ABSURD, jesus christ. The guy's just decent.

he reminds me of prince naseems fight style, got superb power, but got fukt up by a better fighter, which will happen of kelly fights Joe. ( i know the prince fukt up on training etc and took his eye off the ball against marco but this isnt what i'm talking about, just a comparison)!!
