Thats fine, I don't have a problem with that, but then he and his fans should stop bleating and accept that he took the easier option. (especially after what Calzaghe said about Jones in his book)

I am still confused as to why, if he had no intention of taking him on, did Calzaghe call out Pavlic twice on TV in the first place. At best he looks confused, and at worst he looks like he is ducking a man who he has called out which is quite a gymnastic accomplishment even by Calzaghes high standards.

 

I think that Sturm would push him hard for that particular title

Still, its funny how many of the posters on the gf (like special needs case Hermit) think he ducked Pavlik out of fear. As if KP would've won a round!
I sincerely doubt Calzaghe had any fear of Pavlik but he is a twat.

Same here. But like Lacy(KP and Lacy were roughly the same ability wise), a lot of people would've discredited any commanding win by Joe over KP. Funny how Hopkins still gets credit for his performance.
