    "During training camp, Pavlik still sleeps on a couch at his parents' home where his father, Mike, cooks all of his meals. And while he's now in a salary bracket in which he can afford a vacation anywhere he wants, his mother, Debbie, says he usually ends them after two or three days because he misses Youngstown so much"

    very similair boxers i bet the 2 of them would get on like a house fire.

    on another note i prefer a clubber lang who trains like **** alone lol

    thats good an give me hope that he will be a long time reigning champion if you always stay hungry youll always be the best... losing the hungryness is the downfall of most champions... jus look at pavliks last opponent

    Seems like an average Joe 6 pack, type of dude, no flashy 100 thousand dollar watches, or having 8 sports cars out in the garage, when not in training he probaly spends Saturday night's at the local pub, shooting pool and drinking beer, with his peeps, seems like a nice kid.
    And by the way he's gonna beat the **** out of Taylor:yep

    Hes also going to wear youngstown state penguin trunks at his next fight. Thats the university here which I have actually gone too. Hes a class act and a good rep for the town. He supports everything here.

    Pavlik is a good guy - very down to earth. He doesn't seem like the kind of person that will allow the fame and fortune to get to his head.

    Goooooo Pavlik!!! There's nothing at all not to like about the guy, in or out of the ring. If you don't like him he must have Pavlikated one of your faves.
