Kelly Pavlik Fans Need To Stop Being Irrational In Regards To Paul Williams

    Lets be honest for a couple seconds....

    -Kelly Pavlik Pulls out twice
    -Requests a January fight date
    -Paul pulls out and finds another partner
    -pavlik takes a fight 2 weeks after the original fight date
    -then calls out paul williams after the back up fight?


    i'm not even going to speak about that


    but lets not try to make paul williams the bad guy because he isnt pressed to fight pavlik. Pavlik wasted a lot of paul williams time & wasted a lot of his money in training. Goosen has already stated several times that if the deal is 50-50 it can be done, pw said if they have some money on teh side just incase the fight falls apart.

    Pavlik had his chance and ducked him. When he saw Paul wasn't at his best against martinez is trying to call him out. Now Paul should take tune up fights and improve on any weaknesses he has with a new trainer and then call out Pavlik.

    ducking or not
    injured or not

    some people need to quit acting like ****ing fools...

    williams just fought and took a lot of damage & got dicked around by pavlik
    pavlik just fought a scrub and had the chance to fight paul & opted not to

    some people need to just pipe down... if arum & goosen can make the fight happen money wise itll happen... cause both guys obviously want to fight one another...

    If they both want it then yeah. But January is too soon. If that could be the undercard at Pac v Floyd. Not likely though. As is a money earner in its own right and the Pac v Floyd is still in discussions

    Pavlik fans need this little moment of glory in calling Williams a ducker to make them feel better. Pavlik has had a **** 18 months and this is probably the highlight of it, being "ducked" by Williams lol

    cmon now... be serious...

    if they fight it wont be on any undercard... if this fight was to happen it would at the earliest be in like april/may area

    this thread isnt about taking shots tho.... its just about being real... pavlik fans are getting outa hand... if they are upset or angry with williams... just let go and take a step back... then when the time comes hope pavlik beats williams ass

    What annoys me is that Pavlik fans believe Williams looking bad against Martinez is a win for their guy. I rather have a controversial win over an elite fighter than a quick stoppage win over a poor calibur fighter.

    i havent been around as much recently but all im saying is what is the need for the negativity or pretending to not understand why williams wouldnt want to deal with pavlik again.....

    on top of that why would they expect williams to go ahead and fight pavlik under a shitty contract

    yeah i was just about to edit in that they could probably make it a ppv and get between 200-300k... maybe a bit more if they advertised heavy and did the fight shortly after floyd vs pac and steal the wave of hype that fight creates

    Yeah, well as I said in the other thread, it's a couple of weeks after the Martinez fight and Christmas. Give it a month and see what fight is made before throwing any dirt around (both Pav and Williams fans)

    And not only that. After several postponements and subsequent cancellation with Williams..What happens after that, tells you the difference between the two fighters.

    Williams could have easily found an opponent to come in last minute...simply to make PAUL LOOK GOOD.

    But Williams goes out and gets ONE OF THE BEST FIGHTERS IN THE WORLD IN MARTINEZ.

    Pavlik...with all the ENORMOUS YOUNG TALENT AT 154-160lbs (Danny Jacobs, Shawn Porter, Fernando Guerrero, Peter Quillin, Omar Henry) chooses a last place finisher on a reality show..."The Contender".

    In fact, there was a big name fighter who still has plenty left in the tank who has been one of the most avoided fighters in history...and just had a fighter cancel a fight against him....wait for it...wait for it...WINKY WRIGHT!!!

    Hell if Pavlik wanted to get a fighter from the Contender...He could have got Ishe Smith...At least Ishe would have given Pavlik a better fight.

    But instead Pavlik chooses MIGUEL ESPINO and then has the nerve to charge people $40 for that ****!!!

    well ill tell you one thing you cant throw any dirt pw's way

    he accepted 2 delay's
    wasted plenty of money & time

    so to expect him not to want more money or wants money set aside if the fight falls through is very unreasonable...the ball is 100% in arum's hand... if he wants to be a stubborn **** and still try to jerk williams the fight will never happen.. if he is willing to bend some the fight will probably happen fairly soon

    ive never gotten into who does what and who is being difficult behind closed doors during negotiations.

    kelly is not scared of paul and paul is not scared of kelly. what goosen and arum do and say is not always an extension of or something parroted by the fighters. arum and goosen have pissed me off in the past.

    this is the biggest money fight for both guys. everyone should just hope it comes off.

    that's all I'm saying... **** trying to make anyone look like a bad guy especially paul... paul did damn near everything you could possibly ask from someone expect wait for the fight

    what pavlik did im not really concerned with because i'm not a fan of his ... atleast not any more....but people just need to lay off paul as far as im concerned

    Pavlik next fight has to be again a TOP-SHELF ELITE-LEVEL fighter...if not...:-(
