Kelly Pavlik Fans Need To Stop Being Irrational In Regards To Paul Williams

My suggestion on the matter?

Let Williams fans and Pavliks fans fight it out in an alley somewhere. Hanging from a fire escape is a 60/40 contract agreement. The first fanbase to climb the fire escape and grab the contract wins. The winning fanbase's fighter is then allowed to grab the big portion of the 60/40 split.

There. Problem solved.

No way is Arum desperate. Kelly has better options than Paul at this point because he is the champ. Martinez prefers the Pavlik fight and it looks like it is about a done deal.

Who is Williams going to get as a big money fight? And at what weight? According to NBA the negotiations for the Martinez rematch was for 160? Not sure why that would be since Martinez has a belt at 154 doesn't he? That is 'supposedly' a better weight for both guys isn't it? :think hmm.......

 

Arum just knows that if he met WalkWithMe in an alley for a fight, he wouldn't be going home. WWM would wreck Bodacious Bob.

I can't help but wonder if there's a hint of wishful thinking in this statement.

I think WalkWithMe would completely befuddle Bob with his monologues on the potential greatness of Paul Williams and how Williams could beat anywhere from 147 to 175. Then when Bob is completely off his game, he kicks Arum in his old man jewels and forces him to agree to a 50-50 split.

 

Arum is a master of telling people what they want to hear. He would have WWM believing he had reached the pinnacle of his existence and he would hand him a dixie cup with George Peterson's picture on it and entreat him to partake.......

That's my best guess on how a back ally encounter would turn out anyhow.

 

why are P-William's fans not understanding of the fact that Pavlik wasn't going to fight till Jan, but they were going to strip his belts if he didn't...
