After watching Pavlik's fight with Edison Miranda, his first fight with Jermain, and comparing those two fights to the second fight with Taylor, its seems to me that Pavs has lost a little bit of tenacity. In his second fight with Taylor he seemed apprehensive and less willing to finish the job than he did when he shalacked Miranda, and Taylor in his first fight. If you agree then why do you think so ? If you disagree then state your reasoning I think strait up that the psychology of winning a belt and acheiving his goals at middleweight has removed some of his hunger personally.
thats a good question but i dont think its a hunger isssue with winning the belts. well see how he does in his next fight even though its low key cause then he will be in another big fight
Why ? I think his desire is his best asset and he won't get KTFO once he finds it again. Otherwise I think he will slowly decline until he finds that chellenge that re-awakens that tremendous heart he has
definatly not,its just that we saw a big improvement from taylor in the last fight, saying that i think we saw things from pavlik that we never realised he had.
Actually I think Lockett is his technical #1 contender but, I see your point that you think Pavlik is not taking his best challenge in Winky Wright
No, he's just an obnoxious hater, thats all. After the rematch with Taylor, in the post fight chat, KP admitted that he felt stiff out there. Now whether that was from slepping on a strage couch in Vegas or a bit of nerves for whatever reason, who knows. But he was able to deal with Taylors better performance this time around & sucked it up in the last 2 rounds to win the fight. He hasn't lost an edge or any hunger. It was a huge moment in his life entering for the 1st time as a Champion, got that one behind him & I'm sure will come out bang busters against Lockett. And I can't wait 'till Pavlik KO's Abraham. Maybe then he'll get the respect he deserves.
Not really sure. I can see how psychologicly pavlik could have been less motivated since he already beat taylor and the titles were not on the line but i think taylor just improved alot in the second fight more then anything. Either way pavlik fought a dam good fight in my opinon.
thank you this dick head needs to stop coming on these threads... i think the change you seen was because of the air.. the air there is different and kelly should of went out there alittle sooner..
