It was reported that one of his old sponsors if i heard correctly has threatened to shoot him in his hand so that he won't be able to box ever again. The threats were not directly towards him. They also don't know who it is and it is still under investigation. Pavlik stated that he is more concerned about his wife or fiancee' n kids more than for himself. If i were him, I don't know if i would be more worried that somebody was going to shoot my hand or if they would attempt to and miss lol.
