Pavlik I've always supported you but you sound like a ****ing idiot. You couldn't get off, find your punches or your leverage because he was CONSTANTLY out maneuvering you.

Him and his team have been delusional about that loss as soon as the scores were mentioned.

He was crafty enough to make you look like an amateur, Kelly.

 

That about sums it up. I am no "fan" of Hopkins, but it is obvious that this man has a very good understanding of timing, angles, lines, so he outmoves Pavlik out of that ones lines, while lining him up for his own punches landing flush. He was in much better shape than vs. Calzaghe, which may have various reasons. I would even grant him EPO usage since at his age, he does not have an unfair advantage, just a leveled playing field.

Watching his body moving out of Pavliks punch line without haste, in the right moment, just marvellous.

 

To be fair, it was obviously right after the fight and he was probably still salty, pissed off and possibly a bit concussed and wanted nothing more than to do about 15 shots of Jack Daniel's all in a row.

Yeah, I'm going to extend him the benefit of the doubt on this one.

Maybe he meant to say "classy" and the wrong synapse fired.

 

He's not a bum, and yes, he is the middleweight champion, but he is does nothing to grace the same title once held by Monzon and Hagler, both of whom are several rungs above him, and Kelly dropped a few more rungs for not being either sportsman or man enough to admit that he got "outcrafted" all night long by an old man, who at this stage has virtually nothing but craftiness.
