He was in shock, he popped that one comment in there.. He is full of ****, i hope James Toney bumps into him in a bad mood.
jesus, abraham is no hopkins but I am really wondering if KP can beat him...interesting fight to see how he rebounds...pavlik was hurt in the jt fight and bhop and has awful balance...I might think AA can KO him
he was in shock? that is my point...and he did say it...it was his first loss he was baffled...so he didnt bow to bhop..oh well
yeah sure he is...dif weight classes and he already got ko'd by him viciously...I am sure JT is dying for a 3rd fight
wasnt it BHOP who said he beat calzaghe and JT when he refused to throw punches for 7 rds at least in all 3 fights...he is a HUGE sore loser...its easy to be nice when u just slaughtered a guy
If one loss was always such a crippling effect, we'd never have Muhammad Ali, Lennox Lewis, or some of the other greats.
Pavlik, his people, and HBO need to realize they are not helping his cause with all the excuses coming out after the fight. Dude got beat, deal with it. I still like Pavlik as a fighter and am sure he is still gonna have a great career. There is no shame losing to Hopkins even though he is 43. The Hopkins that fought last Saturday is not the one that lost to Calzaghe or else he would've won then too. Hopkins has never accepted defeat graciously either and I dont think most fighters ever do.
