Schooled by Popkins, too scared to fight Williams and his best win was against "Glass Jaw Jermain" who every man and his dog can knock out.

The wheels have come off the hype train surely..:deal

He is without question the worst middleweight champion since the pre-Hagler era - in linear terms.

After what looked so promising beating Taylor the first time, he has defended against two flat out journeymen, let his ego get the better of him taking the Hopkins fight, ran like a sissy from Williams, and is facing another journeyman next.

    Shame.

he will fight williams. he's knocked out every mw he's ever fought. how many other recognized kings of their division can say that. this guy right here is no hype job.

Kelly Pavlik is still the MW World Champion. Hype does not win titles. Will, skill and power does.

What's worse is that he has a glass jaw, feather fists and can't jab to save his life.

    Calderon KO1 Pavlik.

Sorry forgot to say he ducked Arthur Abraham who KO'd Miranda without breaking a sweat.

Pavlik does have power and skills for sure but I think his handlers badly advise him.

How much did Abraham offer Pavlik to fight in Germany?

How much did AA asked for to fight in Atlantic City?

How much did HBO, or any other network, offer for the fight?

What was the proposed fight split?

The answers to those questions do not exist because Abraham never made a legit offer. Just like Slappy Joe he talked tons of ****, and then hid behind lesser opponents.

His rise seemed pretty good. KO Miranda and then KO Taylor. People are getting hyped for less, especially here. The story has declined since then though and Taylors stock drops streadily. I don't know what's up with KP.
