:conf I didn't see it. Nobody has yet, who isn't there live. The updates were copied/pasted from Sechback's Twitter (he's actually sitting there ringside at the venue)
Ah I see, cheers. Honestly hope he makes it back all the way but I really don't see him making it at 168 unless Andre and the rest of the S-6 guys move up or retire.
Was just checking out you tube to see if the fight was on there yet but its not. Here is the latest video where Pavlik was getting breakfast today. Seckbach asks Pavlik what he thinks about the Chavez vs Martinez fight that is rumored to be happening. Pavlik did not look to happy at all about even the thought of it. I think Chavez should be saved for Pavlik also. I don't know why Arum would rather Chavez fight Martinez then Pavlik. Anyway I just put the video down below if someone wants to watch it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=nBPuKtmsTKw
Yeah. Did the same thing and saw the video. WBC has ordered the Chavez/Martinez bout and it goes to purse bid early April if they don't work it out.
It don't make sense to me. Why let Chavez get exsposed by a non top rank fighter. Should be Pavlik that gets the big money fight and it would give his career some momentum.
Always enjoyed Pavlik's fights, even if he ain't the most talented guy, he's got natural power & a fight anybody attitude. Always wonder what could've been after Hopkins offered to teach him some stuff. Would've been crazy if he could've learned from the old master.
Hopikins is amazing, but that don't mean he can teach. I don't think he would be able to teach good at all. He would be good for sparing though. He could teach in that form.
