Although Abraham fights only hand picked opponents in Germany I was wondering how people feel this matchup would play out. I personally see Kelly giving him a Abraham a beating far worse than one he recieved by Miranda.

abraham actually had a pretty good schooling coming up fighting a mixture of styles and opponents and has been brought along far quicker than pavlik was.

They both put up good fights against their common opponent - Miranda - and Pavlik ended up stopping him.

They are both hard hitters - but I'll go with Pavlik on this one.

Agreed..aside from this Pavlik would(if he wanted)thoroughly outbox Abraham leading to his eventual demise and eventual whiplash treatment at the hands of Kelly Pavlik:good

Tough one to call. Abraham is wide open and easy to hit, which is big trouble if you are fighting Pavlik. Abraham also was rocked a couple of times by Eastman but Eastman doing his usual lethargic **** would never follow it up.

If Pavlik hurt Abraham even slightly he would then follow it up with 9-10 more powerful, accurate shots.

That said Abraham has a good dig himself and could definitely hurt Pavlik and stop him. I would edge with Pavlik based on the fact that he has a big reach advantage and Abraham would have to walk through the jab and right cross to land his own punches.

Pavlik by late TKO. A fight I would like to see for sure.

Before people start dismissing Abraham. Ill just say he is a top quality fighter, deserves to be ranked where he is and i would go far as to say this fight could go either way. I think Abraham offers more of a stylistic problem than most guys out there. He dig himself aswel as box, and isnt shabby in the speed department.

If the winner of Pavlik-Taylor doesnt go to 68, i hope Abraham gets a shot...thats if the German managers want Abraham to have a shot.

I don't know how good Abraham's jaw is, but if he has a solid one, combined with his heart (as shown in the Miranda fight), he could win this.

    I've a suspicion Abraham's chin is better than Pavlik's

I like AA as the outside bet. Pavlik puts combinations together and wears guys down, rather than being a one punch KO artist. I reckon AA can get him out of there with a couple of good clean shots, although he'd probably have to take some punishment to land them

Kelly Pavilik would Ko Arther Abraham by late round stopage. Kell Pavilik is the hardest puncher in the Middlewieght, and maybe even super midlewieght. He has underated Boxing skills, Jab block punches, elude punches. Kelly Pavilik's workrate is impresive. Kelly pavilik,s POWER, workrate will wear down Arthur Abraham, by the 8 th round. A good fight for Kelly Pavilik to defend his middle wieght title against. Then move up to Supper middle wieght division, and gtake care of bussiness.

I'd love to see this fight. Hopefully Pav. takes care of Taylor and then Pav. & AA happens. I'm not picking either yet.

AA should be able to outbox Pavlik comfortably before laying him out later on in the fight.

Abraham had his jaw broken in 2 places against Miranda in the 4th round..and still won a unanimous decision.

Glass jaw or solid as a rock lol you decide:think

This is the most dangerous fight out there for Pavlik. Abraham's powerful/explosive combinations could spell doom for Pavlik who can be seriously hurt. But I see Pavlik keeping him at a distance with his left jab and cutting off the ring. I think he would outwork Abraham and land hard shots when Abraham voluntarily retreats to the ropes and rests. Bit by bit, he would wear Abraham down.

    Pavlik TKO10
