Sad. From your posts I assumed you still were a kid. Too bad you haven't 'developed'.

    Yes it is.
The media and most well respected boxing writers predicted a stoppage,Calzaghe was given no chance. Before the fight Calzaghe said he'd give Lacy a boxing lesson.
Froch was written off,yet before the fight he predicted a he'd eventually get to Taylor. :good

 Hermit, my boxing knowledge didn't come from cable tv stations and PPV. Developed ? my last fight was at 140,i now tip the scales at a little over 190 so i suppose you could say i had developed a little.:D On a more adult note,i try not to be personal in my replies, and do try to be open minded.Lets try and keep the replies on subject and not resort to snipes about each other.:good

Even Froch said his slow start was from Taylor hitting him and he had to wait for Taylor to tire.

Your reading between the lines and misquoting me.Calzaghe gave Lacy a boxing lesson, and Froch did get to Taylor.Taylor was doing well and had stunned Froch with a punch to the temple in the 3rd which resulted in a flash knockdown, the fight was never one way traffic, and anyone who believes it was is deluded.Taylor was winning the early rounds,Froch gradually broke him down and knocked him out,if you genuinely believe that Taylor had given Froch a boxing lesson for 11 3/4 rnds and got caught by a lucky punch at 2.46 of rnd 12 you need help my friend.

I kind of would rather see froch vs pavlik... i dont know why

maybe because froch is hot after his jt win & pavlik is the king... AA is just somewhere out there... kind of in no mans land

Only happens if Froch still has his belt and Pavlik decides it is time to move up. Still, I think Arum only mentioned him because he was on British TV. Talks? Yeah, Arum will talk to anyone but Goosen.

Maybe i do need help cuz i really believe Froch ass was getting handed pretty well that night. Giving something like 3 or 4 rounds MAXIMUM to Carl. He deserve this victory, but yes, he was kinda lucky with this mix of Taylor being exhausted and him, still being able after this hard fought battle, to put an end to Taylor assured pts victory.
