I dont see Froch beating Pavlik to be honest, would be a great matchup but I just can't believe how over hyped Froch is at the moment, yes he can punch but he hasn't fought ANYBODY decent yet and has a flaky defence at best even against Reid he was getting caught and Reid was appalling that night - I hate to think what Pavlik would do to him!
I want to see him in a contest, with a huge crowd and plenty of pressure to see how he handles that because I think you would see him have a hell of a lot more respect for his oppenents, more intimidated and not so keen to commit to throwing so many bombs!

Pavlik! Pavlik has the jab and the right to score again and again and hurt Froch, great chin or not. Froch ain't fast enough or technical enough to land that much. Pavlik TKO 10. You better believe it!

Miranda and Taylor can't punch you see ... in Europe they think Calzaghe punches harder than both these guys

Froch is a big puncher but has the kind of defense that will allow Pavlik to hit him at will and KO him.

Pavlik didn't settle at the catchweight 166lb quite as well as he settled at 160lb.

Froch is a very strong and muscled Super Middleweight who is physically bigger and harder hitting than most of his division and certainly the division below him.

Froch can bang upstairs and downstairs - and the latter is where Kelly will cop a big shot and cave in.

Froch is not chinny whatsoever and Kelly would have to try and outwork him over 12 rounds which could be a bigger task than it seems.

I see more ways of Kelly losing than i do the Cobra.

Pavlik by stoppage no question about it. This Froch guys is shite...slow as ****, both in handspeed and footspeed...which translates into getting killed by Pavliks reach, power, and preassure.

I'd actually favour Froch. He does have slow hands but he would catch Kelly flush at some point and finish him. It's a fairly decent fight I was looking forward to seeing from about 1 1/2 years ago. I reckon it'll happen.

I would have it 60/40 Pavlik at the moment because he can show what he can do against decent opposition while Froch as yet to face a top 20 fighter.

Pavlik would just be a club fighter in Europe. We are home to the better middleweights, even more so if you add Bute.

That's a bit harsh! Think KP might edge it but Froch would not be disgraced.

I'd honestly pick Froch by TKO in this one. It would be a war and Froch has a distinct advantage in size, power and durability.
