It's certainly not out of the question, though Floyd would have to fight his best fight ever. But those two examples are very poor. Pointing out what others have done is a position used all too often here. Floyd doesn't possess the advantaged Hopkins had over Pavlik. And the Taylor - Spinks comparison is even worse. :-(
the point was size shouldnt be that huge of an issue Pavlik just followed Hopkins in the ring all night he cant cut the ring for ****, the fight could look possibly look like jt/spinks.
I think Pavlik felt Hopkins punch and didn't come forward as much as he should of, but Bernard kept him away after Pavlik felt some strength. With Mayweather , Pavlik would walk in and throw punches. I do not think Pavlik is great, but he has good power and if he could walk right in swarm Mayweather and if Mayweather gets tired, the fight is over.
