    Wow.

Pavlik vs. Lemieux would be like Hagler vs. Hearns minus a whole lot of pigment.

Brother I do have to admit, it takes balls to fight Bute. The man looked like an absolute beast when he destroyed . . . . . . .

    Pavlik's left overs:bananamaniac

Left overs often present significant problems. Without all the God Damned left overs I'd still have a 32" waist:yep

Last night's Chinese is doing right by my poor and scrawny ass. :yep

    Unemployment's a great diet. :good

IB KO3 eggroll (I know, I know - Pavlik got eggroll out of there in the first round, but give me a break, I'm weight drained).

I'm not trying to do a ratings list here. I'm just looking at the fact that 160 is on it's way to becoming a very hot division.

    Sergio Martinez
    Kelly Pavlik
    Felix Sturm
    Paul Williams-?-?
    Danny Jacobs
    Dimitri Pirog
    Hasan N'dam N'jikam
    Matthew Macklin
    Darren Barker
    Julio Ceasar Chavez jr
    Sebastian Sylvester
    Khoren Gevor
    Gennady Golovkin
    Andy Lee
    Craig McEwan
    Fernando Guerrero
    David Lemieux
    David Lopez
    Sergio Mora
    Fulgencio Zuniga

All we need is for some of these youngsters to follow the Jacobs/Pirog example by fighting each other, and some of the others to fight guys like Lopez and Zuniga. If that happened, the middleweight division could get very hot very fast.

I don't know, Pavlik's been going down hill since B-Hop schooled him and Martinez just got done destroying him.

JCC Jr. might have a chance to pull it off IMHO.

Unknown boxers that haven't done **** yet? Is someone cranky that there aren't any great boricua middleweights?

With the exception of the last three names on the list (Lopez and Zuniga are has-beens and Mora is a never-was) those are the top talents at 160 right now whether you like it or not.

If the young prospects on that list are unknown to you, that's YOUR loss...ay bendito! :-(

I listed Zuniga, Lopez, and Mora only because I think any one of them makes a good trial horse. Let's say Craig McEwan or Andy Lee, for example, beat one of those guys on FNF, I'm certain it would generate some buzz and open some doors.

It's about to be, which is the point booradley was trying to make.

It has maybe the biggest upside in boxing. We just might not see it blossom until 2012 or 2013.

In grammar, the future tense is a verb form that marks the event described by the verb as not having happened yet, but expected to happen in the future (in an absolute tense system), or to happen subsequent to some other event, whether that is past, present, or future.
