I seriously thought this was a wind-up thread when I was viewing it from the main forums page because I thought it was going to be about Pavlik fighting Miguel Cotto.

Can somebody give me a brief summary on Espino...I'm in the dark on him...Dont know anything about him so can somebody please enlighten me on Miguel Espino!:?

Espino is from that original Contender show. He's nothing special, not much power, come forward style. About a poor man's Rubio.


Did I read that right, Pavlik just had follow up surgery to remove a bacterial infection? That doesn't sound right. If you have to have surgery to remove a bacterial infection that's serious. Where they go in and scrape the bone. There's as much a chance they'll spread the infection as there is they'll remove it. If that's the case, I'd be suprised to see him fighting in January let alone late December.

I made a comment on here months ago of

Looks like i was right..... they don't want kelly around anyone who's
a threat :deal

I can understand him pulling out of the williams fight but to not
even fight mora who doesnt have a fight this year and allegedly
even has a signed contract for pavlik ???
