I dont get Arum sometimes :-( He dont want Pavlik-Wright but he wants a guy to jump up 2 weight classes.

Can't agree with this being win-win for Williams. A win or a close loss (or at least stopped late) would be fine for him. But a brutal KO inside 3 rounds (the most likely outcome) would make him look bad, whether he's coming up two classes or not. Showing that he has absolutely 0 power at middleweight is not a positive outcome for Williams.

Thats 2 soft touches in a row for Pavlik now. After this, Arum has said it'll be Pavlik-Abraham. It BETTER be.

For Williams this fight is WAY more of win opportunity than it is for Pavlik. If Williams can just not get destroyed immediately and make a good account of himself in the early rounds, he wins career wise. It's a lose-lose for Pavlik. If he destroys Williams in 3, everyone will say that it was expected. If he beats Williams nearly every round of the fight for a 12 round decision, people will either say Pavlik is fading or Williams is the second coming at 147 and 154.

I see it very similar to De La Hoya picking Stevie Forbes as an opponent. He won the fight, but not getting a dominant KO performance was a loss for him.

Still, if this fight happens I predict Pavlik by KO before round 6... probably closer to round 2 or 3. Williams was on ***** street against Margo and Pavlik is going to hit him earlier, harder and WAY more often than Margo did.

Today Steve Kim was talking about Pavlik vs Williams as if it a almost done deal, but Alan Green is the back up opponent if Pavlik vs Williams does not come off:deal
