Kelly Pavlik is a flawed fighter

There are too many misguided sack swingers on here, so I voted for Lee who will inevitably school him, but not in 2008

If they fought this year, Pavlik would knock Lee out. But Lee would put up a better fight than Duddy who is easier to hit and plays right into Pavlik's hands.

 

Pavlik is not the ost intelligent fighter out there, and I don't see him getting by Taylor.

Nut swinging is fine, when there is reason to swing. Pavlik is a slugger with no defence, and thus he'll be exposed by a quality fighter

 

His defense isn't great but he makes up for his lack of defense by having an iron chin, hands of stone, activity, and sheer determination. He's a guy who is always coming forward so he doesn't rely on his defense a lot to begin with. He expects to be hit but when he hits you flush, you are done. And he's not just a brawler either. He has boxing skills. :happy
