People forget the close shaves that Froch has had in the past. Carl has always been slow and easy to hit, a fresh Pavlik was powerful and accurate. The best boxing I've seen from Froch is the 2nd half of the Pascal fight.

Everyone is too influenced by his emphatic victory over Bute.

I am backing Pavlik for the upset, I think he has the skills to outbox Froch and enough power for Froch to respect him.

I actually think froch will box in this fight as best he can. he's a better boxer and better mover than pavlik, and probabl wont elect to stand there and trade with big rematches on the horizon. pavlik may not be at his best but he still has a solid base and a very good chin.

Froch will do a real job on Pavlik.

All Pavlik has is whis two wins over Taylor, thats it, that is literally his resume, and that was years ago,

Pavlik looks old and washed up now, even at 168 his body looks dry and withered, it's why he only fights c level guys now, this is a pension fight for Pavlik.

I realise Pavlik is only about 30, but hes a very old 30, his lifestyle did that to him, he hasn't lived like a champion, he's lived like a pub dweller, top level athletes past their mid 20's cannot get away with that, just look at Ricky Hatton, and Pavlik is worse than that.

Jack Daniels has an unbeaten record with a 100% KO ratio

No shame in losing to the best
