If it is the Kelly Pavlik that fought Alfonso Lopez in May, Pavlik will be KO'd or loose by a good UD. If it is the Kelly Pavlik who fought Jermain Taylor or Edison Miranda, he has a small chance at winning a late TKO, or a very close UD. How do u think it will turn out?
Why? Also, and for you guys who know I am a hardcore Lucian Bute fan. I am also a huge Pavlik fan, I am not bragging up Bute.
Pavlik looked like crap in his last fight, and he's moving up a division to fight someone who can probably take Pavlik's punch better than the middleweights. And I hear Pavlik's been hitting the bottle harder than he's been hitting the heavy bag. :yep
Bute by decision. Pavlik is the best Butes ever faced and even tho Bute might have the edge in speed and firepower, even at this stage Pavlik is alot more durable. I wouldnt be surprised if Kelly stopped him late, but most likely if Pavliks still with Loew and hasnt improved anything Butes winning on a UD. Kellys most likely just collecting a check.
Pavlik is done. I was a fan years ago but he never progressed. He stuck with the dope Jack Lowe and drank himself silly. It's over.
LMAO. He could have bet Sergio and done better in recent fights, if he would have put down the alcohol.
I've seen Pavlik demonstrate every tool and skill a fighter would need to beat Bute. However, I've never seen KP put them all together in the same fight. All he has to do is go out and put on the performance of a lifetime. The sounds like a tall order, but we've already seen him do that twice.
It says a lot that a blown up Middle just out of rehab and destroyed by Hopkins will likely be Bute's biggest test to date. And yet some still rate him in the top 2 in the division
