    hmm, I've never been on the Pavlik wagon, but I think your being a bit harsh. He's a reasonably good fighter. Hopkins is the man and there's no shame in losing to him

    Do you know something we don't?

    My mate walked into hospital on his wife (Whose a nurse) constant nagging because she believed he may have a staph infection. She was right. 48 hours later, he was dead.

    ****ed if I know what the truth is, but that staph **** takes permanent prisoners.

    i know mate its a serious condition but in the article its got quotes from pavlik,his dad mike who casually mentions he was sick when manhandled and molested by Nard and his wife/cousin but no quote from a doctor.if Calzaghe,floyd,mundine caame out with a vague article full of 3rd hand bull**** from relatives they would crucified on these boards.

    im a big pav fan, i would have liekd to him him take on PW, but if he is sick, you cant blame him for pulling out.

    pav will be middle weight champ for a few years still.... active or not :lol:

    would love it if you were right but think you're wrong i think his self belief is gone if he fights in the ring again which i dont think he will he will lose against any half credible opponent been reading hes hitting the bottle as well ala Jeff Harding.the Pavlik show is over.:drink:dead:deal

    you are a tough crowd in here! Pavlik moved up two weight classes (almost) and is defeated by an all time great ,now you have mundine destroying him. Have u watched mundines last few fights.
