Ken was rugged, had good wiskers movement and enough pop to keep you respectful - He gave Duran a plucky fight and Rosario (who was a solid banger) would be potpointed in a spirited battle -Ken by Clear close UD
Ken takes the decision. On a side note I love both these guys footwork. Especially Rosario when he was younger and still more focused and clean
I have to pick Buchanan. I am a huge fan of Rosario though. I have to wonder how much he could have achieved if things had gone a little differently. People correctly point out that he had issues with partying too much as well as falling in loving with his power. But what people commonly forget is that he had serious problems with hand injuries. It seems like a lot of fans fail to appreciate what a serious setback repeated injuries are. They undermine a fighter's morale/enthusiasm, they cost precious time for healing and then for getting back in the grove. For a boxer, broken bones and damaged ligaments are a catastrophy. Rosario kept busting his hands right as he was hitting his stride, and I think that's a big reason why his career has the feeling of unrealized potential.
Agree with the others, Buchanan by UD though i think Rosario would have his moments but i think Ken could handle his power.
The closest Rosario dopple-ganger Buchanan fought was Carlos Hernandez. The type of guy who could spark you with one shot power. Ken had no issue with Carlos and stopped him in 8. I tend to see the fight going the same way with ken taking the decision or stopping a bewildered Rosario later in the fight.
I have to agree with most of the above comments, Buchanon by UD, just a bit better all around fighter than Rosario, who was one of my favorites.
