It all comes down to who pushes who back. Neither one of these guys can fight backing up, neither one has good survival skills. Look at Norton's skinny legs. I don't see how he's going to push Frazier back on those. I think Frazier stops him, probably in the middle rounds. Norton's only chance would be to hurt Frazier bad real early.
Frazier gets to him late and stops him. Norton, doesn`t have neoigh pop in his shots to keep Frazier off him. Plus, Norton tended to fight `short` . Meaning he was bent over in that crablike like style, arms crossed defense and that would play into Frazier`s hands. Frazier works him over inside. And grinds him to a halt in 9 rds. Frazier's prime seems to be getting shorter and shorter by the year.Are we talking two full years here,or a six month period between the last two/three months of 1968 and first four/three months of 1969?
