Exactly as I see it! This would be a great matchup! Norton hangs tough throughout the fight but Holyfield has just a bit more power and toughness. He ultimately gets by Norton but it's VERY close --(could very well be a split decision!)

Someone said Evander is much stronger than Kenny, not without the juice he is.

Holyfield is so overrated. I think Norton would baffle him.

Depends, is Holyfield or Evan Fields showing up?

I make no allowances for Holyfield beginning from Bowe II. It’s clear there he has either started juicing, or massively upped it. Up until about 1992, when he first loses to Bowe, he could feasibly be clean, that’s usually the Holyfield I imagine.

This fight might be decided by whether it’s a 12 or 15-rounder. Norton had Holyfield for endurance.

Maybe? but that doesn’t matter because the version of Holyfield we have on film used PED’s and we work with what we’ve got.

Irrelevant? - Holyfield had a totally different style to Ali and Holmes that makes the difference.

    Imo a pick’em.

I believe Norton could viably take EH’s power but if it gave him more problems than calculated, then that of course would make the difference. There is also EH’s penchant for head butting that Ken would have to deal with,,,,,

I think the attributes that matched Norton well against Ali and Holmes will be his undoing here. He will get into a fight with a man who lives there. Who only knows one way to fight, and he will be hit more, and more accurately than ever in his career. It will resemble a war but Holyfields chin, accuracy, volume mean he could conceivably stop Norton late, and I don't think it matters if its over 12 or 15.

Pretty big skill gap and it's Holyfield with the superior toolbox, Norton is getting whooped on the inside and can't outbox Holyfield, Norton isn't getting knocked out but it wouldn't really be that close, Norton was just too basic and would get countered to hell by a highly skilled and slick brawler like Holyfield
