I said "skilled" which has nothing to do with "bigger stronger faster". Boxing is a skill sport and less skilled bigger stronger faster fighters lose to more skilled fighters all the time. Moreover, name a current welterweight that is bigger, faster and stronger than Robinson or Hearns. According to your theory, they should be all over the place. I look at the skill level of heavyweights today and it seems like the division has devolved back to the times before Jack Johnson.

Lewis' victory over Tua had little to do with the size difference and EVERYTHING to do with skill. Tua is so limited as a fighter it would be funny if it weren't so SAD. To beat Tua, all you need do is stick a jab in his face and circle to his right. This is exactly what Byrd did to beat Tua and he doesn't enjoy the same size difference as Lewis.

    :deal

Evander could take a good punch and was FEARLESS. Prime Holyfield takes either Klitschko apart.

What happens when the Klitschko sisters have to fight 15 rounds?

Jack Johnson routinely fought for 20+ rounds. We've seen Wlado get gassed, dropped, and KO'ed in less than 5...

Oh look, Nay_Sayer(Cisco Route) is making bold predictions about fantasy fights that will never happen again. How dangerous. Too bad, he ends up losing his account when he bets on present day super fights.

I'd like to see the look on either Klitscko's face when the bell sounds for the 13th round and Joe Frazier is standing on the opposite side of the ring...

Both Norton and Frazier were bob-and-weave fighters and I have yet to see either Klitschko brother face a good practitioner of that style. Frazier and Tyson would have no problem getting inside of the jab of Wlad.

    Compared to Norton's, it's adamantium.

Some good points you made. I doubt the Klitschkos have the stamina to go 15 hard rounds like Rocky and many other HWs could back then.

But how is a 5' 10 185lb Marciano getting in on Wladimir, who has a guy in "holding range" within nearly five feet of him? Did Rock have the footwork or head movement to negate that constant jab n' grab from a Super Heavyweight? Wladimir is also not stationary. He makes you work just to get tied up and reset.

I think the massive size/athleticism disadvantages are why The Brockton Blockbuster has a hard night vs. either Klitschko. Vitali fights differently than his brother, but he'd give Rocky just as hard of a time. Rocky is better conditioned, but he'd need to absorb an incredible amount of punishment before he could take either brother into deep waters. Feel free to enlighten me if you think I got this wrong.

It's almost the same as the Rocky Marciano situation, but Joe would do better in my opinion. He had much better head movement and coordination. With the way we've seen Wladimir cope with a serious amount of pressure on him, we'd have answers on whether Joe could hold up to Wlad's power or not, prior to the 10th.

If Joe could take Wladimir's shots well, then this fight result changes. However, Joe would bob, weave, and slip a lot of shots. He'd land on Wladimir at some point for sure. But Wladimir would land too. It's a fight that wouldn't last long in my opinion. Joe would have a MASSIVE size disadvantage to overcome, while Vitali or Wladimir would be dealing with a murderous puncher who could move his head and upper body like they'd never seen before. It still wouldn't be easy for Smokin' Joe, win or lose.
