At around 2002 Shamrock has a down play of fighting Frank....He trained for this only to face Tito on the the ultimate fighter but that was Kens plan on fighting the unsubmitable Frank...could Ken Shamrock have submitted Frank by actually ripping a foot off down by the ankle calling a hault to this type of match up? No. Ken was well rounded, but Frank did everything better in the end. Cardio, Striking (Man, Frank was an awesome striker in his prime), the lot.
