Book October 7th off folks, send the kids to the grandparents! Not only do we get Naoya Inoue kicking off his WBSS campaign vs Juan Carlos Payano but we also now get WBC Light Flyweight champion Ken Shiro defending his belt against Milan Melindo! Both bouts will be aired on Fuji TV :D

That's a ****ing great double header, and apparently Relikh Vs Troyanovsky will be on the card as well... Good god what a day we could have :D

Amazing when you think about just how much talent there is at 108lbs that there isn't a lot more interest in the division :(

I hope Shiro fights on a NYE card if he is victorious against Melindo.

Also who would you favor in a fight between Shiro and Kyoguchi?

The two are REALLY good friends and are unlikely to fight based on both their friendship AND TV issues (Kyoguchi is TBS and Ken Shiro Fuji TV) however I would favour Ken Shiro, 55/45 type of thing. Odds are he WON'T be on an NYE card, but he and Inoue will likely be on Dec 30th card instead (falling in line with recent Fuji TV shows) :)

If he win I think he has best resume in division, but such good division, hard to be sure. If he stop Melindo it would be very good
