His manager pleaded guilty to drug charges not money laundering . Holt pleaded guilty for money laundering, and so doing he would have to tell where he got the money which was his former manager ..

so just to set the record straight his manager NEVER plead guilty to money laundering, just drug trafficking.

His manager more than likely copped a plea to be charged with the drug dealing rather than the money laundering. If he did not and they retry him for money laundering with Holt's cooperation than that is snitching. But that dont sound like a likely scenario b/c they would of known about the money laundering prior to locking up the manager unless the manager SNITCHED and told them he gave Holt the money. You cant call snitchery based on those circumstances. Its a little bit of dry snitching which is just pretty much talking, but not straight up snitching.

Nope according to what I read it goes deeper, Holt manager may have gotten the money from the evidence room from none other then NJ sheriff office by detective Alan Soto. So yes they need Holts statement because more arrest are being made and his testimony seem pretty important. These guys were using evidence money to buy a 100 pounds of cocaine and Heroin .. Look like they were trying to get rid of the marked money for unmarked money, ether way Holt was helping them do it, you go to prison for **** like that ... mir circumstance he is not locked up? I don't think so
