This fight could very well happen later this year with nothing happening for Bam Bam at 135 and Holt looking like he did against regional comp last night. This could be the payback fight to the fans that the gamboa/rios fight was supposed to be, except Holt would show-up. How do you think this fight plays out and why?
I think Rios is too much for Holt in his workrate and pressure. But Holt has erasers, so I'd be on the edge of my seat.. cause you know Holt would land some bombs on Bam Bam.
i would be pullin for holt im still a believer . garcia is really good no shame n gettin beat by him. holt can still be alot of legit opponents.
I would have to ride with Rios on this one because of Holts chin but Ill say one thing. Rios aint never been hit as hard as hes gonna get hit with Holt. If he can handle that power then he should have a lot of fun and exciting fights at 140.
I have to see hilt again and Rios at 140 before I make a definitive prediction. I lean towards Brandon based on styles and what I've seen in their last few fights.
Smart money would be on Rios. I'm happy for Holt, hope this win brings him another big fight for a good purse. Always liked the guy. But I would consider Rios a step up from Coleman, even at 140.
I dont think Holt is very mentally tough when pressured and put in physical fights I feel Rios after a difficult fight where Holt was out boxing him a little eventually gets to Holt like Torres did in the 1st fight
