As someone who once bet on Kermit Cintron to win (yeah I'm stupid), I've learned that betting on boxing is bad if you're not good at it:lol::lol:

He never got hit in the balls in the fight, and I'll tell you why: he left them back in NJ and never brought them to the ring. There were only two "foul" punches in that fight - just because Holt pulled a B-Hop and started crying doesn't mean he was cheated. He didn't land the bigger shots, either; he threw isolated swings that made a loud noise, and that was about it. Bradley had more consistency and wore him down and broke his heart.

Yeah I'm disappointed with the Julio Diaz fight, I like him as a fighter. **** that one up aswell, I had Diaz also.

I picked Chavez aswell on heart more than anything, but wasn't impressed with Katsidis' last few fights so that factored aswell, again I ****ed that up.

I had Bradley by either UD or late TKO, round 11 to be exact, I expected him to outwork Holt and thought Holt's chin might give out late and he'd be put down a couple of times in the penultimate round, wasn't to be but still got the right result.

I picked Pitalua stupidly a while back but changed my mind to Valero, I just got pissed off with his fan-boys and said Pitalua was going to knock him out, but in my mind I knew Valero would win. Just a level above Pitalua, but still a level below the top dog's at 135 & 140. I had him much later though, around round 7 or 8.

I had Andrade but wasn't expecting a dominating points win at all, was actually expecting him to be a couple of rounds behind Tsypko before stopping him in the championship rounds.

Escobedo I nailed aswell, via decision. I wasn't expecting anything overly aggressive from him and thought he'd just sit back and pick up the rounds over a slowing Hernandez. Thought it would be a bit wider though on the cards in fairness.

Who you have on Povetkin-Estrada and Sosnowski-Pianeta? I had Povetkin by a pretty wide, comfortable UD, and Sosnowski aswell by UD, which I thought he pulled out 7-5, but ultimately a draw was a fair result aswell.

I think one of the more telling moments of the fight was round 7-ish. Holt leans in with his head and initiates a butt with Bradley. Their heads BARELY touch and Holt jumped back and cried about it.

I figured Povetkin would've swept the fight on points which was close. I thought Povetkin was just too many levels above Estrada.

Pianeta and Sosnowski I never really made a pick on. I didn't know much about either to really jump in and pick.

I also got Randall Bailey-Fransisco Figureoa right as well with a TKO.

Sosnowski & Pianeta I made a pretty late pick on, not really impressed by either but I expected 'Nowski to rack up rounds on work-rate alone, which he did. I also now he likes a stationery target, and Pianeta is comfortable laying on the ropes and covering up, like he did against Scott Gammer, and coming back with the occassional combination.

Fight ment pretty much as expected, 'Nowski outworking him to take the early rounds, hitting Pianeta and making him swell up, before gassing a bit nad Pianeta coming back strongly. I've never been impressed by him, and thought Gammer was well on his way to beating Pianeta, even though he was fighting with only his left hand for the majority of the fight, before quitting because of the right-hand injury.

Bailey-Figueroa I never made a pick on, wasn't even aware of the fight until very late. Fantastic knockout though, Bailey can certainly bang. Looking forward to hopefully a Bailey-Urango match, though I suspect Urango will probably continue with his plan to move up to 147. I'd favour Urango on that, 2 big punchers but I think Urango takes the better punch.

I dont think Urango has ever been down before. Bailey certainly has one punch power but Urango has proven to be a tough nut to crack. Not only that but Bailey seems to taste canvas every time he steps it up in opposition. Wouldn't surprise me if Urango (who knocked down Ngoujo twice) found a way to keep him down especially with his punishing body work.

That said chances are Urango might vacate...if he does, You might see Bailey vs Nate Campell or Bailey vs Malignaggi.

This had fail written all over it. It's always these threads with ridiculous bold statements that make posters fall flat on their face.

Who would you fancy if those 2 fights were to happen?

I'd pick Campbell - though he may have to get up off the canvas to get the win, obviously we haven't seen him at 140 yet but I expect to see the same Nate who fought at 135. I think Bailey may have enough to last the distance, but I wouldn't rule out a late TKO either. Bailey certainly has a punches chance though.

Against Malignaggi I'd give Bailey a better chance, I think Malignaggi's combination of speed of him and foot and his chin would ensure he could box from the outside for 12 rounds, but I'm not sure a jab alone is going to be enough to keep Bailey at bay, he just has nothing behind it.

I'd favor Nate over Bailey as well. Randall Bailey is susceptible to the counter right and has been hurt before by lighter punchers than Nate Campbell. I think it would like something similar to Funigga vs Campbell. Nate takes a decision over 12 rounds after the guys trade knockdowns.

I would have no problem taking the underdog in Randall Bailey if he faced 'Naggi. Paulie has kind of hinted that he's only in it for the money nowadays and a lot of his trademark slickness looks to be gone considering he was tagged effortlessly by guys like N'dou and Hatton. Bailey has a **** load of power and at some point or another, Paulie is going to stand flat footed and try to get too cute with Bailey. I think Bailey would be the first guy to legit KO Paulie.
