Some people really underestimate Pac's skill then after beating the boxer who supposed to be better than Pac excuses comes out

 

Pacquiao stops him in 3. Valero was far too open and would of ate that straight all night.

No one talks about torres as a top 20 ATG these days

 

I do think that Valero had a chance of beating Pacquiao -- not now, but maybe in 3-4 years had Valero not been a lunatic.

Some of you are clearly underrating Valero. Every boxing trainer whom I've spoken with praised Valero's skill inside the ring. His sense of distance, his reflexes, his CONCUSSIVE power, and his heart... The type of heart that would make guys like Cintron and Dirrell wet themselves.

And bringing up the Mosquera fight only helps Valero's case. Valero was fighting in Mosquera's hometown and Mosquera was ranked as the #3 junior lightweight at the time (behind Pacquiao and Barrera, IIRC).
