Kenny Anderson accused of attempted murder!!!

Theres no such thing as GBH in scottish law we have assault and serious assault though in this case could be serious assault with a deadly weapon.

Yeah he doesn;'t seem as bad lad, and as you say none of us know what really happened we can only speculate... it seems his victim isn't exactly a well-liked fella and has a bad rep, so it could just be a case of self defense

One of my mates got stabbed repeatedly with a screwdriver and was set upon with a hammer as well. Sentences are so lenient for **** like this it's unreal. Does the law really think these people deserve a second chance?

 

Well hope if i am ever daft enough to need a lawyer i hope its not you!!! we also have not proven aswell aswell as guilty and not guilty which english law doesnt have.

In fairness, the bloke is a crazy ******* and did, in a roundabout way, start it off. Doesn't excuse the idiots who put him in hosptial though.

Probably best not to speculate too much here. There`s a lot of rumours flying around ; I`m waiting to get a phone call saying " did you hear Kenny killed Michael Jackson?"
I suspect drugs are involved as Togher was well into that scene.The rumour mill suggests that Kenny`s mate,who we shall call "Dean", had a problem with Togher regarding money and that "Dean" and Kenny were in the area when the hammer incident took place. There are a number of stories including one that Kenny`s friend took a hammer from his work`s van and that Kenny was unarmed. Anyway Togher was injured.
The following morning a guy was shot and wounded with a shotgun in Paisley Drive as he left his house. Kenny lives in Paisley Drive and often goes for a morning run at this time. Its now accepted that the victim was not the intended target. Conclusions have been drawn.
Then on Sunday night "Dean" was stabbed and seriously injured in The Inch.
As I say best not to speculate but it does appear that the prospect of jail might not be Kenny`s only worry.
However, it is likely that, to get a conviction here, Togher will have to identify his attackers in court. Given his alleged lifestyle that may be very unlikely. So there is a strong chance that Kenny will be back training in a few weeks.
Maybe its time to re-locate outside Scotland though, Kenny.

 

Sounds as though Kenny is in deep **** no matter what happens. Must be **** to be him right now.

 

It seems that he was only crippled for life when compensation was being discussed, after that was settled he made a Lazarus like recovery
