Well, that would be true. Plus, I laughed out loud at how your ******ed misspelling of warrant got censored! Kennys a nice guy, but he got stopped legitimately. Groves has won the British title since, so now Kenny needs to beat some decent names and give George a reason to fight him. Those are the rules of the game. Just because you were doing well at the beginning has no weight against you getting stopped.
I've always defended Hatton, and being a big fan but that wasn't half of it there with Kenny. At the end of the fight Kenny was proper devestated as you can imagine and Hatton came through and was really considerate and said loads of nice things saying he was going to bring him back and that he was just getting started... then all sorts of **** happened. I put the Hattons losing Kenny on Richard Poxons toe's i'd never thought he was a dick before- and i'd met him loads of times when I was a young pro and I always thought he was a good bloke. He seems to do a great deal for the Hattons now, and he's attitude completely changed the next time I spoke to him like his 'power' of working with the Hattons had gone to his head. I sincerely think that Ricky and a few of the others probably want the best for the boxers but whilst i'm not sure of Poxons sway within the company he came across as a right dick when I met him again. On top of that the other stuff that went on was equally annoying./
I've read similar about Poxon. I always thought he'd be a good guy but maybe as you say it's the power.
Tremendous interview:good TBH I think kenny Anderson could be the new Scott Harrison, but Im worried about his stamina, he just seems to be one of those fighters who is explosive but gasses. Hope Im wrong though, cos if Kenny can do what he does for 12 rounds? Theres not many if any who will beat him.
I like him as well mate but I read he only trained for a couple of week's for the Groves fight .Also Groves had to dig out blind and show serious heart cause Anderson was walking him down most the fight and had him hurt .I think it was mostly straight punches Anderson was throwing as well .You gas quicker throwing straight shots more than hook's and uppercuts I think they're the best for intensity
Fair point my good man, but I have watched a few of kennys fight, & he gasses quick IMO sadly enough. Hes got his excuse for Groves of course, but I just have a gut feeling... hes always going to have stamina issues. As Jim Watt said to Ian Darke though during Haye Valuev "I will never be happier to be proven wrong!!!" Like Jim, I too will never be happier to be proven wrong.
