Kenny Bayless — Disgraceful Work Tonight.

Michiaki Someya has been a standout referee the past few years, really hoping he gets more big fights. Consistently VERY good.

 

When a ref tries to create a catchphrase that is a clear sign that he is a bit too full of himself. Note to refs, we do not pay to see you ref

 

Exactly, the best refs are the ones you don't notice, until you need to notice them. The ones that are rarely in camera shot during a fight, the ones that are perfectly positioned to stop the action, but never in the way of it.

 

This guy was literally in the screen shot for the entire fight. Standing about 2 feet from the fighters at all times. That is way too close. It is distracting when you are trying to focus on your opponent and the ref is constantly in your line of sight pawing at your arms and being a PITA

 

Bayless needs to go. He’s as bad as Joe Cortez when Cortez would not allow Hatton to fight on the inside versus Floyd. Or the incompetence he showed during the Mayweather v Ortiz fight. Bayless was equally corrupt in the Mayweather v Maidana rematch. Notice a pattern here?

He should be suspended. They can easily show videos of him doing his usual time to count knockdowns and compare it to saturday night.

 

Exactly!!!!! Ive been saying this about Bayless, & Cortez before him, being Mother Hen looking after Floyd & Canelo like they were his chicks. I was attacked with people , their fans ,saying I was wrong. Now suddenly ya'll have seen the light lol It was accepted with Wolfman Floyd & Ginger Nutt
but not when it was Ramirez

 

The NSAC quoted Bayless was one of their best referees & Adelaide Byrd was one of their best judges ROFLMAO Like Ive been saying for ages Vegas & the NSAC are either incompetant or corrupt, you choose I know my opinion

Yep. You shouldn't even remember Referees and Judges names if they do their job properly

Names like Kenny Bayless, Tony Weeks, Joe Cortez, Adelaide Byrd, .. I'll always remember.

 

Bayless was trying to help Wilder as much as he could in the second fight with Fury even that ridiculous point deduction and constantly warning Fury.
