Cotto could have ended the fight but Bayless decision is Justified.. No need to put a great warrior like Cotto in greater harm. Im saddened by our countryman sad condition after he collapsed in his fight and have to look boxing again as a very unforgiving sport.. just one shot and you might get brain damaged. Im already satisfied with what Pac has accomplished and would be happy if he walks out of the sport right now undamaged.

I thought that they should have given Cotto the oppurtunity to finish the fight. Obviously it would not have changed the final outcome, but if Bayless really wanted to stop the fight he should have done so at the 9th round. Cotto came back in the 10th lost the 11th, but not as badly as the 9th, and the 12th had barley started. Cotto was not in serious peril in the last round.

Kenny Bayliss did what Cottos corner should have done 3 rounds earlier. Cotto took a lot mor punishment than he needed to. No one can doubt Cotto's heart he gave it all he had Paquiao was just too good

Its Cotto's corner should take the blame. That the difference between the Roach and that bs guy over cotto's camp.

last 3 rounds meaning 9, 10 and 11 before 12? **** round 9 was the 2nd worst round for cotto after round 4 and no one would complain if bayless stopped the fight there.

cotto won the last 3 rounds.

If that was manny getting beaten to pulp, I would rather lose my bet than see him die/damaged for life.

I think bayless should have stopped the fight earlier. But either way he did the right thing.

Maybe she was just so overjoyed at seeing how easily Cotto was winning that she decided to go grab some snacks from the concession stand. :nono

Shame on him,he did the same against Meldrick Taylor when he was fighting Chaves in 1990,I am a pac fan but i think cotto was the reigning champ and a UD victory is better for that Puerto rican icon than a TKO,i lost respect last night for that man.

    primacy of life.

bayless stopped the fight with about 2 more minutes left. 2 more minutes of sustained beating.

he was justified and in fact could have stopped it earlier.

I thought it was too early but it wouldn't have made a difference.

I respect bayless....but that was a bad stoppage...cotto should have been allowed to last the distance....
