problem is haters will never accept any explanation even when majority of people who knows boxing said it was all ortiz fault.

This video just destroyed mayweather haters big time in which they all just made a fool out of themself. Lmfao @ Bayless would have done any different. And Bayless already had made alot of money when he was the refs for mayweather vs mosley and pacquiao vs mosley so dont give me that "wishes he was the one that ref".

Ortiz did fail to follow the guidelines. AS REITERATED BY SO MANY, Money May did nothing wrong as it conformed to boxing law and regulation.

Thanks for sharing! Nice to hear a proficient official of the sport give his 2cents...

this is how bayless controls a fight..

    [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=91G-EcII0u8[/ame]

look how he seperates them. he keeps an eye on all the fighters. He seperates them and says, "fight"

    Cortez says, "time in" .

"time in" is much different than "fight"

So what? Bayless just said Mayweather didn't do anything wrong. Why cant you just admit it? Why cant any mayweather haters admit it?

    he didn't do anything wrong.

Cortez did everything wrong. he's looking at the time keeper. he doesn't have them seperated and even then, that still on Ortiz.

    Legal Punch? Yes...

    Honorable punch? No...

    Ortiz's headbutt? Terrible

Maybe Ortiz got what he deserved... in my mind it doesnt matter... Floyd was on his way to stopping Ortiz anyways, anyone with a brain knew this was a complete mismatch. Ortiz doesn't have a good chin, and probably is the most reckless fighter anywhere near the top. He has Zero defense, and leaves himself wide open to counters. Not to mention that Ortiz really doesnt have the speed necessary to trouble Floyd.

To beat Floyd, one will need Speed, power, high workrate and a good chin.... It's a no coincidence that the fighter who has all these intangibles is being avoided like the plague by Floyd.

You should watch Mosley-Mayweather highlights, he actually says "lets go" instead of fight.

either way he didn't have eyes on EITHER fighter which is a freakin' NO NO as a referee.

bottom line. He didn't control the fight. He's senile.
