I don't think Cortez expected Mayweather to hit him as they were "hugging and touching gloves"

Mayweather took a cheap shot, but I dont blame him after all the headbutts that Ortiz blatantly did. BUT I'll say once more. I simply don't think Cortez expected Mayweather to hit him during the hug exchange.

the only reason why people are hating on Cortez is because they want him to disqualify Floyd for making that legal punch.' Not taking into account joes past refereeing ,i think he has done a fair job on that fight.it was never his fault.
