Seems to be on of the ******* children of the CW's in-between Holyfield and Haye, the two times anyone really cared about the division.

What kind of fighter was he, exactly? Anyone remember anything about Kenny?

Tough, tough Idaho guy, a bit underpowered, more skilled than he was given credit for, a hard night for anyone but has a couple unexplainable defeats. Beat a lot of very good fighters. He gave his all in the fights I have seen. A real credit to the sport. I hope he is doing well.

Definition of a blue collar fighter. Looked like Ed Harris but oft-compared to Gene Fullmer in terms of fighting style. Not world class, but a step below.

Stand up, come forward style. Nothing fancy at all, not a ton of knockout power but tough as nails and could outwork you. If you're going to watch one of his fights only, make it Terry Ray. Ring FOTY in 1994. Not a lot of high level skill displayed but a bell to bell slugfest with both guys landing an incredible number of flush bombs.

He also fought good fights with Saul Montana and Rocky Gannon.
