Teraji circling and working his left hand, pawing jabs and hooks. Cañizales is pressuring, rolling under Teraji's jab and coming out firing when he surfaces for air. He grazes the cheek of Teraji with a left hook a few times doing that, sometimes following with a straight right on the chest or face - and finally late in the round hits paydirt! Knockdowns evened up, and Teraji saved by the bell.

Cañizales is doubling up on a hard jab, shoulders pinched together, muscles tightened, slipping Teraji's head shots and winding his way inside. Hooks and crosses paired together by Cañizales. Teraji pot shots with a bowstring pull-back right hand, trying to take a step back to give it room and avoid Cañizales' punches. Pressure being beautifully applied by Cañizales, courageously eating whatever he has to to keep laying it on the champion.

Round 5

Cañizales is tossing straight rights on the nose of Teraji while circling. Teraji coming forward, jabs on the lower mandible and occasionally pulling trigger on a cross that jerks Cañizales' head back. Teraji has Cañizales in full retreat by the final minute, thumping on the body with both hands as Cañizales rests on the ropes. Cañizales scores a sharp counter jab backing up. Teraji bops him with a right hand reaching across the gap. Teraji misses a hook and Cañizales misses a 1-2. Both missing due to frantic offense more than each other's defense. Cañizales with a big combo at the very end of the round but little clean.
